Fast track Plat: for development of 4 lots or less, without improvement (new streets)

Preliminary Plat: for development of 5 lots or more, or for development with improvements (new streets)

Land Disturbance Permit

Any development disturbing 5,000 square feet of land or more, or adding at least 5,000 of impervious surface to the site is required to obtain a land disturbance permit (LDP).

Building permit

Any structural work – whether it is an addition, a major renovation or remodeling – requires a building permit. We issue “master permits” that include electrical, plumbing and other sub-categories of permits.

Plans may be submitted on any Friday and comments/approvals will be ready for pick-up 14 days later, on Friday.
