Public Facilities Authority
Purpose of the Public Facilities Authority :
The legislation creating the Authority (the “Act”) states that the purpose of the Authority is to provide public buildings, facilities, equipment, and services for the citizens of the County. The Authority was created for the specific purpose of assisting the County with the financing of certain of its capital projects.

Judicial & Administrative Task Force
Purpose of Task Force:
Propose a solid recommendation on the future of the Judicial & Administrative Complex Project in Olde Town Conyers with community input.
Membership:
Citizen members: Wendi Armstrong, Dr. Stephen Boyle, Franklin Beauford, Donald Murphy, Doug Smith, and JaNice Van Ness.
County members: Chief Superior Court Judge Robert Mumford, Sheriff Eric Levett and State Court Judge Richard Read

Meeting Schedule:
The Task Force will generally meet at 5:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at the Rockdale County Courthouse located at 922 Court Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012 in the Superior Court Room 225C. However, meeting schedules are subject to change based upon task force business. Please consult the website or social media for updates. Agendas or alterations to the meeting schedule will be posted at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled meeting times.
