Cynthia Willingham was appointed to serve as Supervisor of the Rockdale County Board of Elections & Voter Registration Office in May 2006.

As Supervisor of Elections, she is responsible for administering all elections pertaining to Federal, State, and County Elections held in Rockdale County. In addition, Mrs. Willingham is responsible for the conduct of voter registration, maintaining an updated voter list, providing absentee and early voting, qualifying candidates and receiving campaign finance reports. Other duties and responsibilities include maintaining election equipment and voting precincts, hiring and training of poll workers, and providing information and statistics on voter registration and elections. She has more than 20 years of Elections and Voter Registration experience and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Mrs. Willingham lives in Ellenwood, GA with her husband. Together, they have two daughters and three grandchildren.
