Judge Robert F. Mumford
Robert F. Mumford has been a Superior Court Judge since 2013. He founded and presides over the Rockdale County Adult Drug Court Program which is an accountability court designed to provide drug treatment rather than incarceration for qualified persons.
Robert Mumford has previously served Rockdale County as an Assistant District Attorney, District Attorney and State Representative. His outstanding public service has been recognized by the Georgia Municiple Association and the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Authority. He has served as President of the Rockdale Bar and as Rockdale’s Representative to the State Bar Board of Governors. Judge Mumford also served on the Nancy Guinn Library Board.
Judge Mumford is a member of Crossroads UMC and the Rockdale Historical Society. He is married to Bette Jo Mumford.
